Remember your still gambling, so there are chance you will lose ;D If you start to lose more than 3+ think about how you play and properly your on Tilt :D hehe

Some people dont beleive online holdem poker have strategies but i ve been playing for 3 years and never use my money ..
I started playing in freeroll and always playing the same way..(patience and agressive )..
When i win money on freeroll i will usually try to built a bankroll with it playing in some money added restricted tournaments...with a low buyin ...Some have not much players in and it s easy to get in the money...
So if you win in a freeroll be carefull with that money even if its not yours and i m sure you will built a nice bankroll from there...
I have more than 5000$ win just playing freerolls and low buy in money added tournament (under 5$ buyin)....

In tournaments, and especially freerolls, get super aggressive on the bubble, and when there are 12 players left! The reason for this is that a lot of people have a "i have to have some money" mentality on the bubble and a "i have to get to the final table" mentality with 12-13 players left. At these stages, i'll usually steal blinds 3 or even 4 times per orbit, because everyone else is playing so tight. Also, if other players are doing the same, when they raise you're blind and you suspect a steal, a call and a potsized bet on any flop, pays out nicely!!
Hope someone could use this, and also, the key to freeroll endgame, is picking on shorter stacks than you're own! ;)
